We went with them based on the work they proposed and their positive online reviews, and we are completely satisfied with their work. They worked over three days to pour concrete footings, jack up the floors as best as possible, and then add permanent supports. They also removed an old vapor barrier and installed a new one. Each day, they arrived early and worked through the day. They communicated well and were courteous and professional. Prior to their work, our floors were not even close to level. More importantly, when walking on them, we could feel them "giving" under our weight. Now, our floors feel solid and look level throughout the house. While this type of work isn't as "fun" as other renovations, the cost of this repair is worth the peace of mind. Every time we walk across our floors, we are reminded of our investment. We also feel good about the transferable warranty—should we ever sell our home, a prospective home owner will have a good indicator that we invested in keeping this home safe and stable. "This was alright. The carpet was pretty bad so he couldn’t guarantee it could be cleaned by doing a normal cleaning so he had to get the brush out and do a scrub on it. The steam cleaner wouldn’t have cleaned it properly. He did a fine job on it and it the carpet cleaning. I wouldn’t use him again because he is far out of town."

"Luke is extremely professional and the service that he provided was timely and well done. He communicates well and we always knew when our work was going to start and finish. Afterwards he communicated with us concerning the job and whether or not we had any concerns or were pleased with the job. If we had had some issues he would have immediately come to fix them but we were very satisfied with the job. I would recommend Luke’s service to anybody."

"I have an annual contract with them and this was the second one for this year. It was $160 for 9 services. I’ve checked and I think it’s a fair price. I couldn’t fertilize it and buy the stuff and do it myself for the price they charged me. For responsiveness, I don’t really have anything unless I call them with a problem, which I very seldom do. They will come out and check it out. Punctuality doesn’t really apply because they just say that they are going to be out this day. They don’t know if it’s morning or afternoon. It depends on how it runs for that day. They’re trained and they answer questions I have regarding problems that I may have and questions about treatments."

He was able to start later that same day for my immediate projects: install replacement outdoor lighting fixtures, install replacement ceiling fan & light kit, install new light and fan in bathroom, install replacement attic ventilation fan. Work took longer than expected, and it took him several days to accomplish the several small projects I had. Very pleasant to work with, tidy, great value for the price. Will definitely consider using him again."
