"Very professional and a fair price! I received a straightforward Proposal estimate in a timely fashion. Ivan and his crew were on time, diligent, and they paid careful attention to detail. Cleanup was perfect. A problem was discovered with the type of nails that had been used previously on the plywood; these were replaced at no additional charge for time/labor. I was also able to keep my existing skylights because this crew had the expertise and was willing to spend the extra time and to secure the proper flashing. The team worked until dusk, and Ivan refused to be paid until he returned the following day to determine that not a single nail was left on my property. This company was a pleasure to work with."

"We needed a new lower roof and once the winter weather broke we got put into the schedule and the work was done promptly. Took them only one day to rip off the roof, cut out three bad spots and replace with new plywood. Then re-shingle the roof and re-side one wall. It looks great and best of all no leaks. Everyone was very professional, provided us pictures of the damage they fixed and left the property as clean as they found it. Great experience!

John was out within a couple of days after my initial contact with him and had my neighbors and I both a quote within 24 hours of looking at the roofs. John was easy to get a hold of when we had questions about the job and was in constant communication with us regarding the details of the job. John is an honest guy and I felt his price was very fair for the scope of work that needed to be completed. John had both roofs completed in one day and they look great! "I emailed the company (website linked from Angie's List). Luis called me the same day and showed up to estimate the job the next day. A week later we met with the color consultant Joy. 100.00 very well spent. Four days later (Tues.) 2 men started removing wallpaper, prepped the BR and repaired where needed and one worked on the LR/DR from 9:30-4:30. Wed they covered the kitchen cabinets and worked on the LR/DR while one continued on the BR. Thur. men did not show up until 10:40, but everything was painted. Fri morning was finishing, inspection and payment. Men were very agreeable to any little place we wanted repaired or touched-up."
