"Mr K repaired my Garbage Disposal. Working on also replacing the Faucets in my 1st floor bathroom."

"The most professional company I've ever delt with! Turned our house into a home! I called 13 contractors and Monge Remodeling gave me the most in depth walk through and project scope. He didn't try to cut corners or upcharge me. He was fair and true to his word. We had an old flip house that felt hopeless but now feels like a forever home. He replace beams under my house, replaced my subfloor, Leveled all the floors out in the home and installed vinyl flooring through my ENTIRE home. He did such a great job we hired him for our Countertop and kitchen remodel! He will be our permanent contractor on ALL future projects! So thankful that I found Him!"

"Repairs done well in timely, professional manner"

"The work was very professional and the crew was nice and friendly. they also did a lot of extra stuff to make my home really complete and appealing and they always cleaned up after work was done. I am very happy and pleased with the work that was done and I RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS WITH PLEASURE."

"Very professional and excellent work and done in a timely order."

"Excellent! I am visiting my elderly parents from out of town. They had a window that has been broken for 2 months and would not close. Randy Johnson came right out, within an hour from our phone call, and fixed it! No charge! After inspecting the other windows to see how they were supposed to function, he discovered that the window he fixed really didn't need any further work or replacement and there was no charge or pressure to buy anything. I would highly recommend this person and company!"

"All I can say is wow! I contacted them and within an hour or so they were at my house and on a Saturday no less. They were kind, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. And even when the job ended up being a lot more complex than any of us expected, they refused to leave me in a bind. They are honest and decent people. If I could give them more than five stars I would. You will not regret hiring this team. They’re the best."

"moved ceiling fan, replaced ceiling light, installed 6 new ceiling lights in kitchen, patched and painted ceiling where old light was removed. repaired two leaking exterior faucets, replaced an exterior light and installed 2 sunshades on patio. repaired a broken downspout on my gutter on his own. he was courteous, prompt, worked around my schedule and charged a fair price."

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."

"Matthew did a great job installing the new LED lights. He was also very helpful assisting me while I shopped for the replacements."
