"Dan at Mercury Carpet and Flooring is fantastic!!! I had read lots of reviews as I wanted the best company in town to remove and install my new tile floor and I found the best company in town in Mercury Carpet and Flooring! As soon as we arrived at the store we met Dan and he was extremely helpful and knowledgable. We were unsure of when we were going to be closing on our house but Dan was patient and made sure we had the tile we loved when we needed it. During the tile removal process one of the sink pipes broke, but Dan communicated this to me extremely quickly and I was able to get it fixed the next day and Dan took care of the cost. Dan really wants his customers to be very happy and he definitely takes care of them. Tudor and his team came to install the tile at our house and they did a fantastic job, especially as the floor was very uneven. After Tudor was finished with the job we noticed that the corner of one of the tiles had a small crack so Dan and Tudor worked together and Tudor came back to fix it in a very timely manner, even though he was working on another project and again without charge. Everyone that comes into my home comments on the floor and how fantastic it looks and we could not be happier. We recommend Mercury Carpet and Flooring to all of our friends as Dan and Tudor did an unbelievably great job. When you are paying a considerable amount of money for a job to be done it is very important to have the right team involved and I honestly think that Mercury Carpet are the best tiling company in the area!! "We talked about the ordering process and the cost above.  So I won't go into that here.  I do want to talk about the team that did the installation.  Adolpho and his team were amazing.  I gave him a key to the house and never once worried.  They worked long hours each day to meet my timelines.  They worked with us within the house so that we could paint some of the rooms while they were doing the installation.  But in the end, its how the floor looks.  It is beautiful.  They put the tile really close together so that the grout lines would not be wide.  They are at least 1/4 of an inch - or closer.  As a result, the floors look like they are wood.  Everyone who comes in the house notices the floors first and comments on how nice they are.  We ordered a new stove and the installers thought the floors were wood.  He was installing the stove bracket on the floor and when he tried to put the screws in on the floor, he looked up at me and said, I thought these were wood.  So, he had to go back to the truck and get different screws.  I gotta tell you, if I were installing a floor, Adolpho would be my only pick to do the work."

"After a substantial amout of shopping my wife and I settled on The Carpet Tree. Bill Lee with some input from Herb provided all detaits about the several carpets we were considering. We finally decided on one and we shared prices we had received from other carpet dealers with Bill. He was extremely competitive and he beat other prices we had received.  Then he was very flexible on scheduling installation as we were having wallpaper removed and the completion date was not firm. He ended up extending the installation date a couple of times.  Both Bill and Herb were a true pleasure to work with. They could not of been more cooperative. <br>Darrin as lead installer and Josh were excellent installers.  They were perfect and fast at moving furniture and putting the pad and carpet down. It turned out to be excellent carpet and a perfect installation job."
