And, was able to start quickly. Final project had an integral bench, railings, and lights. Project was complete in five days. Looks beautiful. The work crew was very efficient and Donald was at the site daily and communicated well. Clean up was excellent. Highly recommend J Ingram Contractors for decks and porches."

"The short version: They do a great job and I would happily hire them again. Communication: Excellent. Denny made himself available to work with my traveling schedule. He let me know what time to expect him and his crew, and he was 15 minutes early which is expected of a construction crew. Price: His estimate was fair and his quality of work made the price even better. For my little porch they built the frame joists 2' on-center, and then put Marine Grade radiused 2'x6'x16' boards on top. It feels like I am walking on a concrete slab because it is so sturdy/solid. Time: He told me on the phone they would start at 0715AM and finish by 1200PM; they finished an hour early at 1100AM. They also cleaned the area and there was no debris or really even sign that they were even there! I would just say to make sure you have parking spaces for the 4 or more cars that show up for his crew. They were super respectful of the yard/property and will park where you ask them to. This was the first time I had ever used a contractor to do work at my house. They have the COI to cover themselves, and they have a contract that is clear and easy to understand. As the customer I felt very comfortable and 'protected' after reading/signing their contract."

"This was an excellent experience all around. George responded to our contractor outreach very quickly, gave us what we considered a fair estimate and everything went like silk from there. The crew were perfectly on time every day, worked hard and steady, and wasted no time getting things done. The job did turn out to be a little larger than expected--our yard is on a slope and called for certain compensations requiring extra fill dirt and concrete. Additionally, we ended up deciding to maximize the slab space and settled on a 14' x 14' rather than the originally planned 14' x '12'-- so the final cost was a little higher than the original estimate, but not by a shocking difference. The crew kept us informed every step of the way and there were zero surprises as the job proceeded. The finished slab looks terrific. We intended to do a diligent cost-compare but of the two other contractors who set appointments with us for estimates, neither one showed up at the appointed time, nor did they contact us to explain or reschedule; for us, that's an instant F-grade. So, in the interests of time and certainty, we decided to just get the job done with C&L who have a stellar reputation for quality work and had already demonstrated a high level of professionalism. I'm sure I could have found someone to do the job for less, but with something like this I want to be sure of expertise in all aspects. Expertise is what I got, the finished job is perfect and I would trust C&L with any concrete or paving job in the future."

We scheduled a time for the supervisor to stop and give us an estimate on vinyl siding. They showed up on time and the job was done in two days. This led to my husband asking about a garage. He had wanted a garage for years. Once again we got an estimate and when completed we have a 28x38 concrete floor 2 bay garage. This crew knows their way around power tools for sure. "I was very pleased with Incore. Richard Henderson and his employees were professional and courteous. They always ask how I would like certain thinks done. The workman showed up on time and left at 4 PM. They took weekends off which allowed my wife and I some down time. The addition included installing a cast Iron tub and a handicap accessibe shower. With the room left over we put in two walk in closets. Incore stayed on the job until it was completed to my satisfaction.
