"After repeated calls to the phone number listed on Angie's list, I went to the business address and spoke with Mr. Medina. He said it was unusual for customers to appear there.  He explained the entire process and let me take a couple of quartz samples home to show my wife.  We made our selection and I returned to the office and signed initial paperwork.  On the agreed date, the head installer came and took measurements.  I was given the address of the stone supplier and went to see "our" slab.  The day of installation the crew (2 men)did not arrive until about 2 p.m.  The lead man  told me it would only take a couple of hours.  At 10 p.m. the installation was far enough along to stop for the night.  The next morning the head installer arrived to finish up the job.  The opening for the slide in cook top range was not correct and he had to make additional adjustments to the counter top.
The communication or difficulty of communication was very frustrating.  Unless the company has another office site, it is hit or miss to reach anyone there.  The overall experience was not one I would repeat.  The quality of the product is very good and we are very satisfied with appearance and durability."

"Mario was able to come 2 days after I called inquiring about doing the work. He worked quickly and did an amazing job. My range fit perfectly one he put it in place. He cleaned up very well, getting most of the dust from sawing the granite. He also cleaned the counter tops around the range and gave me recommendations for cleaner and sealer. His price was more than reasonable and I would definitely recommend and hire again."
