"I would rate them higher than 5 stars if that was an option. Trey and Mitch came out to do an estimate and put a temporary patch to cover the hole in the roof without delay. The hole was right over my disabled sonâ s bedroom and we had been getting a lot of rain; a large part of the ceiling had fallen in on his bed. They carefully inspected our roof - it was bery bad and we knew it - went over our options and presented their recommendations . They helped us find financing and went way above and beyond our expectations to make sure our roof was replaced quickly and efficiently, and with excellence. The whole neighborhood turned out to watch the roof replacement. Their team was impressive. They worked amazingly fast, and when they were finished they left no debris behind. The job site was so clean the only sign they were ever there was the new roof, which is beautiful! Everyone I encountered listened to my concerns and expectations and followed through accordingly. Each team showed up at their scheduled time. The various teams that worked on the project were all very professional and pleasant. The scheduler kept me in the loop for each step of the project; the tear off team and installation team cleaned up the worksite at the end of each day of work. It was particularly impressive to watch the installation team sit on the curb across from the house at the end of their first day of installation and admire their work. "Had our shingle roof redone as it was overdue and the last storms took off quite a few shingles. We chose to upgrade our underlayment and Covenant recommended we change out roof ventilation as it was inadequate from when the house was built (something other companies told us as well). Pricing was comparable to other companies but their financing offers were superior. Had to follow up a few times during the process to ask how things were going to get us to the next step but the company would get back to me either same day or next day. Was worried about the amount of plywood that would have to be replaced due to the age of the roof, but thankfully it only ended up being a handful of pieces. Roof was done in a day (amazing) and the project manager came back a few times afterwards to take care of things that I mentioned to him. Project probably took about 30 days from the day we signed the contract to the day it was completed, counting time we had to wait for the HOA approval and building permit. We’re happy with our new roof and glad to have this project done, and would use them again."
