"I was impressed with the promptness of the response to my assessment package bought from angies list and also surprised that no acual shingle or replacement work on the roof was recommended despite past leaks in the flat roof which was repaired==I was not. I was not aware the rear gutter was separating from the roof and the wood behind it was rotting.  i will probably replace the gutter as soon as I can get a second estimate.  McKay's estimate was $1500 to obtain a guttter that does not require periodic cleaning and $3200 to do all the gutters at the same time.

"Even though we put off the work repeatedly, they kept in touch and were willing to come out again to give us a revised estimate. They were fair, honest, and detailed. Even after it turns out that I can't count, they revised the estimate and gave us the best deal on a full set of windows. They played no games and didn't press for decisions. The estimator even came out on a snow day in a rental car after his car lost a battle with a concrete block in the middle of the road.
The installers were perfectionists and worked quickly and efficiently. The windows are beautiful and a true upgrade to the house. If I had more windows (or another house), I would not even consider other vendors.

"Gomez and Claudia were great to work with and the value of the service was incredible.  There was moderate damage from prolonged leakage to several mounting boards, soffit, and a rake board.  Everything was taken care of as part of the installation job.  They even touched up the new soffit that was replaced with paint I had left over that was color matched.  

The end result is my new gutters look great and are a huge upgrade from what was previously installed.  A+ Highly recommended!"
