Despite some hiccups in the permitting process, Rick made sure we had clarity on the scope, financing and terms and then the guys did a great job building the deck. We had one small cosmetic issue when it was done, and not only did they come out and take a look but offered to make it right immediately with no questions asked. Unfortunately our siding is fairly new so there isn't anything else we can hire Eagle Siding to do but if we ever build a home (or move into one that needs some work) they will be our first call."

He was so knowledgeable and experienced with the entire insurance claim process and was always a step ahead. He was also so experienced with different types of siding and was able to lay out all the options in a simple manner without any pressure to up-sell and gave us great advice regarding color choice taking into consideration how we had to match the roof, soffits, fascia and brick. All of the work was done perfectly, with great attention to detail. It was very efficient and it was immediately cleaned up upon completion. Scott also helped us by noticing issues with our gutters and how cable is hooked up to our house and helped us fix these issues. They were not related to his work but he gave us guidance on how to fix them even though it gave him no benefit. At every step he and his crew were completely thorough, responsive, professional and just a pleasure to work with. We would definitely use them again."

"This is an excellent company to work with. We re-roofed and re-sided our house (fascia and gutters too). We first met with Addison back in March and after walking around the house, it was decided that our cables needed to get buried since the electrical pole was in an awkward spot and the reason we were getting water damage in one window (couldn't be flashed or guttered properly). By the time we got the electrician to install the new box and Xcel to do the bore and re-connect, it was the end of August. (With Covid, Xcel was extremely backed up.) Work began on our house Sept. 22 and it took 2 weeks to complete the project. It looks AMAZING. The different crews were meticulous and took care to clean up the yard each night. Willie and his crew did the siding and he is top-notch. You couldn't have a better team re-siding your house. Roofing crew was outstanding as well. Aaron was our go-to during the job (Addison bid the job and we talked over the months as we were waiting on Xcel). Aaron was there most mornings and followed up with me over the phone as needed. He was always prompt and professional in dealing with any issues or concerns (which are bound to come up on a larger job). I couldn't recommend working with Wright-At-Home enough. "I went with Higgins based on reputation and examples of their work in town. They did an excellent job remodeling the exterior of our modest 1950s rambler and detached garage. Our home had the original painted cedar shakes still in place and windows that were a mix of old and newer home depot specials. The gutters were leaking and the garage was looking a bit tired! Mike Higgins was my main contact. I had him come out to estimate a price for siding and windows only, but it soon became clear we were looking at a total exterior remodel. It took time to get buy in from the wife on such a time consuming and expensive project, but no one can argue with the result: neighbors referring to our property as "beautiful" and saying "it looks like [you] built a new house and new garage." Mike came out to measure the windows in January. It took time for me to decide on the siding look and color (wanted something that would not fade) and to get into the schedule. They started work in mid-April. Brought in dumpster. Tore off old siding and doors. Wrapped the house and garage. Lifted the garage and replaced the original rafters. Replaced windows and basement windows. Put on the trim, fascia, soffits and gutters. Install new lights and door buzzer. All first class, quality MN products installed by seasoned professionals. The actual siding and windows lasted about 3-4 weeks and then some follow on work after that. Communication was email, phone, text message and personal meeting, always responsive and courteous. The crew was professional and courteous to me and my family. Issues always come up in any job, but the ones that came up during this job were resolved quickly and equitably. Mike is pretty laid back about changes in scope and honest in his pricing. I would advise that if you have very specific ideas in mind for your home, clearly write them down or show Mike what you want. This may seem obvious to most, but I had no experience with a project like this and I was not prepared for all the minor decisions that go into a major project like this."
