"We called All Aspects after finding water in the basement. Angelo did the assessment, identified a couple cracks and some issues with the window well drains. He was very knowledgeable and explained the repairs, how the work would be priced, and what to expect when the crew arrived. He followed up with the quote later that evening. "I met Dominic over twenty years ago. We had purchased a newly constructed home a few years prior. The end of our driveway was sinking and the builder failed to back its work. I contacted Dominic. He reviewed the condition and indicated that he could take care of it for us. I found him to be extremely knowledgeable, an excellent communicator, concise, professional & personable. Consequently, his team was extremely efficient. This work required excavation, new pavement. They did more than I expected, in less time than I expected and less costly than I expected. This winter we damaged the end of our driveway. I called Dominic. He inspected the driveway, provided a detailed scope of work to include repairs we identified and action which he explained would prevent future repair. I anticipated a Spring start date. He said, we’ll wait for a break in the weather, and take care of this for us. Again, they did more than I expected, in less time and less cost than I expected. As the work was completed in less than desirable weather conditions, he said he would check back in the Spring to ensure the quality met his standards. As promised, yesterday they reviewed a few superficial spots at the entrance of the drive but, true to his nature, he instructed his team to reseal the entire driveway. I am sure you will agree, finding this breadth of generational knowledge, quality, efficiency and trust is a very rare find these days. All that said; he’s just a pleasure to do business with! Used kiln dried fir wood as opposed to wet pine you typically purchase at the local home improvement stores. <br /> Double K also installed fire blocks (not in original scope of work) that were necessary to pass the local framing permit inspection. Neal was very helpful assisting me with my design concepts and provided solutions to some design flaws that did not occur to me until he pointed them out. I would like to also add the drywall contractor asked me who did the framing because he was very impressed with the workmanship. I would use Double K Contractors Inc. again. Can’t speak to the longevity of the product but Bright explained to us what to do to make the concrete as strong as possible as it cures. So we’re hopeful it will last for years to come. "My house was a disaster from water damage. Again, I contacted Sergio and his team. I have previously used him to build my basement home theater room, and to stain my deck and fence. The crew reported everyday and on time. They told me that they start work at 8 am., everyday I would look out the window to and noticed the work vans out there at 7:50 am. I just opened the garage door and they would say good morning and get to work. Everything was completed as expected. I have a brand new kitchen (cabinets, flooring and fresh coat of paint. My floors look gorgeous as well. They installed the hardwood in my living room, dining room, hallway and on the steps. Lastly, the basement. Sergio had to replace the same ceiling that he installed less than a year ago. I will always contact Sergio for all of my home repair needs."

"We are very happy and grateful to Jeff and J&G Landscaping for solving our overwhelming landscaping problem.  We have a challenging property because we live backed up to a steep ravine and our driveway slopes down from the street to our house.  We had flooding issues in our basement and the heavy rain/flooding last spring blew a huge hole through our yard leading into the ravine.  Luckily, we found J&G on Angie's List and Jeff came out and diagnosed our problem - our property wasn't graded correctly to allow water to flow into the ravine like it should.  Jeff is very thorough and meticulous and it is obvious that he has a lot of pride in what he does - and he is very good at it!  He took the time on his initial visit to carefully explain everything to us - asked us a lot of questions and drew up a sketch of what he wanted to do.  A few hours after leaving he emailed us with a very detailed account of what we had talked about doing - everything was spelled out exactly - the materials they would use, who would lead the project, everything.  He had let us know we could email him with any questions or changes we would like - we did have some - and he answered all our questions thoroughly and noted all the changes we asked for.  We sent in the first payment and we were added to the work schedule.  (The last payment wasn't due until the work was finished.)  He put Ben in charge of our project - when it came time for work to start they gave us a call and Ben and Jeff both came out to walk through the property with us and go over the plans for the project to make sure everything was communicated.  Even though it had been over a month or so since our initial visit with Jeff, he remembered everything that we had talked about to the smallest detail!  We even added some things last minute (the shrubs and plantings along the fence and in the front of our property) and they added them to the project with no problem!  Ben and his crew were very polite and professional - work started on a Monday morning and ended on a Thursday.  We were able to go to work and come home to see a major transformation to our property every day and an extremely clean work site!  It has been a couple months since the work has been completed and we have had no drainage issues and our property looks fantastic thanks to J&G!  If you're looking for a landscaper, and especially if you need any regrading or drainage problems solved to your property look no further - these guys are the best! <br />"
