"Two technicians arrived at least 30 minutes early without calling before the early arrival. This may it necessary for me to rearrange MY schedule. I don't believe I had the maximum number of windows as stated in the Angielist Big Deal so it was agreed the inner or outer glass of my security back door would be washed instead. I do not believe this was done, so I cleaned the interior and exterior security door glass myself. The technicians did a good job of cleaning the windows. I rated the overall service with a "B" because of the unscheduled early arrival and door glass not being cleaned. I would have preferred to rate this service with A- since I have employed the company in the past without any issues."

In my humble opinion, the roofing side of the company is superior to the gutter installation services. I wouldn't hesitate to call Robert Woods to handle any future roofing repairs for my home. As far as the actual team that installed my gutters, in all honesty, I would not want them to do further work on my gutters. Minor mistakes were made. They promptly came back to my home to correct them. However, the workers appeared a little insulted and hesitant to do a thorough inspection. I'm still not certain that they thoroughly inspected their work when they returned.
I still give an A++ to Robert Wood and the administrative team though. They were great from start to finish. To date, I've not give the new gutters a thorough and complete examination, because I've not be home when it was raining enough to know for certain. Yet, I trust Robert to send someone back promptly, if I discover any additional seam leakages.

Due to a minor water leak a section of drywall about 8' x 2' had been cut out. The trim in this area and on the other side of the hall plus a closet had to be placed as well. The drywall and trim had been removed due to a small amount of mold from the water leak.  I called George's painting due to all the great reviews here on Angie's list.  I received an estimate on this work and in addition I asked for an estimate on some painting.  I thought the estimate was very fair. George was extremely professional and even came to look at what the job entailed late on a Friday evening as he was returning from other jobs on his way back to his office. This was absolutely fine with me as I had no plans to go anywhere.  George sent my estimate first thing Monday morning.

In the end I used George's only for the drywall and trim work. The job was easily scheduled and the 2 man crew did an outstanding job. I couldn't even tell there had been any damage. The trim work was outstanding as well with nice miter cuts. It lined up well with the existing molding where the miter cuts met.  It only took them approximately 4 hours to do the job.  I plan to call George's in the future for outside painting of my house.
