Our front door was hand built by a craftsman from Canada. It is 40”x 84” and 2.25” thick. Originally it was in a 2 x6 wall. In this installation the walls are 2x 4. The door hardware made it necessary for me to pad out all the exterior casing and sill nosing to accommodate the storm door. Thompson Creek provided me with a qualified installer to work with and he confirmed that adding an additional 3/4” thickness to my casing would allow their door to fit. I highly recommend this company."

"Very fast response for first work day. Second work day resulted in small section of basement floor being painted but left other work uncompleted. Following this second day, we decided to hire someone else to complete the work. Good work replacing closet rods, stripping wallpaper in bathroom and painting bathroom walls, and painting foyer, bedroom walls, closet interiors and doors, except... one closet door was left unpainted. We did not realize this on first day of painting, and asked for completion during our communications concerning the second day. On the first day, workers supplied paint, per our payment agreement. On the second day, workers were surprised we did not have paint and we thought we had already paid for them to supply paint, per the work agreement. Good work removing kitchen cabinet and replacing wooden tiles. Kitchen wall area where cabinet was attached still shows holes and chipped paint where it was attached. Basement floor left partly uncompleted: one small section has two coats, larger (3/4) section has one coat (floor is now two shades of gray). Medicine cabinet not replaced. We had the wrong size medicine cabinet on second day. Closet rod supports not installed because of confusion over who would supply these for second day."
