"Overall, I had an outstanding experience with everyone from John Krause Construction. Their customer service was most impressive. They asked about and worked around my schedule, were all prompt, courteous and friendly, and showed a true desire to complete the work to my satisfaction. Their explanations of the work to be done and the time it would take were clear and accurate. They started the work in less than a week after I signed the contract, and completed it in a week. This was well beyond my expectations since a lot needed to be done, including drywall repair and painting some hard to reach areas, shingle repair, gutter cleaning, and concrete step repair. Their cost estimate was competitive and fair. There were a couple hiccups along the way, including matching the interior paint color and trouble with installing a door handle, but everything worked out ok. I would certainly hire them again for any general home repairs/improvements."

"I couldn't be more pleased with the deck repair that Jose and Melvin of JW Home Improvement performed for us. The attention to detail, beautiful joints, use of screws instead of nails, and the particular attention appearance and completeness. The site was left spotless. A special thanks for your dedication to working in such cold weather. Thanks."

"Excellent! Very fast and extremely Knowledgeable-I really like the fact that they focus only on roofing and they just they didn’t just come out and inspect the air my roof water was leaking inside the interior they went inside to actually see the water stain to see exactly what needs to be repaired. Most importantly they focused on repairing the area requested versus other companies who oppression me to replace the entire roof Versus focusing on the area with the issue"

"I needed a complete exterior redo (roofing, siding, wood wrap and gutters), the services went very, very well and my home looks Brand New! The company is quality oriented, timely, honest and responsive. I would recommend them to anyone who needs their roofing or siding repaired and/or replaced. TJ, the owner was Johnny on the spot, responded to all my questions, concerns and requests within minutes by phone or text. He went above and beyond customer satisfaction with his personal service. His crew were hard working, precise, respectful and did whatever I asked of them during the repairs. You can't go wrong with this company!!"

"This company was great to work with! They are professional and offer outstanding deals for projects big and small. They gave us new siding to our two condo buildings, installing it within a few days once the supplies arrived. After that, we had a new sliding patio door installed. Gary was easy to reach and made these two projects go smoothly. I definitely recommend them!"

"Gentlemen arrived when scheduled and did what looks like a decent job pressure washing. Charged me an extra $90 for the stairs. Paid with credit card when I thought they were finished. After payment gentleman informed me someone would be back next week to apply clear sealer. Nowhere in any of the ads or emails I received before service does it say anything about there being a week between services. It should of let me know this beforehand."

"Overall I was extremely please with the job performed .   The job was completed within the time frame specified , the painters were professional,  no paint spill or over splatter.  House looks like new!
There was a scheduling mix up with the painters mixing me up with another customer with the same first name.  I was scheduled for a Monday, the painters went to the other Terri that was scheduled for Thursday.  I was able to make arrangements to switch my painting day to Thursday.  George adjusted my quote by  $100.00 for the confusion.  All was good!

"Excellent. We selected Marks-Woods Construction because they worked with us to create a proposal and contract that met our most important goals and stayed within our budget. We enjoyed working with the designers to come up with the details on what we wanted. The construction was done by the MW team of professionals. They know what they are doing, and it shows in the high quality results."

"Hugo arrived on time. He and a partner immediately removed the damaged ceiling. Hugo remained and efficiently, replaced the ceiling in no time. He removed the old scraps, vacuumed the room and proceeded to the other jobs. Hugo is so resourceful, efficient and personable, that we asked him to return for other jobs. We are pleased to have his services filed for later projects in the spring."
