"I purchased a new shower faucet and cartridge for the repair. Donny told my wife and I to save on the new faucet and wait till we did some wall/tile repair if we were to remodel in the near future. Rather than following our first wishes he may have saved us around $400, or more by being honest and a good guy. We had the cartridge replaced for our Moen faucet. It operates very well and no drips (bad for the Cat though!). We had additional savings when we returned the faucet to Menards. The cartridge was about $36-$39. We have used Randy Lane several times (maybe 5-7 times) and were quite satisfied. They have been our plumber of choice for several years. This was our first plumbing work completed by Donny. Not our last for sure!"

He has done full remodels from studs to turn-key and also simple jobs such as chasing faucets, a window, unclog drains, etc. He has attended to my properties since 2015. "We have spent months looking for right people and I am glad it took so long. The responsiveness, attention to detail, and professionalism have been superior. We had our countertops replaced with granite, replaced sink (including adjustments to plumbing) and garbage disposal, installed marble backsplash, took out 'garage' and had our cabinet doors modified by changing out middle wooden panel with frosted glass. "I was not totally happy with the final performance. After they preformed the dry wall work, the painter came to start his work.  The painter explained the work was not up to specification. However, I worked with Cady Handyman over the phone to resolve the issue. They acknowledged everything was not as good as it could have been.  They resolved the issue as best as they could. They even offered for someone to return and make the repairs. I declined because the painter was ready to paint the following day."

"Sam came and looked at my house, took pictures and said he would provide me with a quote for painting the trim on my house. He called me back a week or two later to say that he thought painting would be too expensive & said that he would get me quote on wrapping the trim in aluminum. 

After a discussion with Sam, he has assured me that he did send the quote in a timely manner and I, for some reason, did not receive it.  I am impressed that he has taken so much time to discuss all of this with me.

While he did not do the work I needed done - he seems to be a good and honest businessman and seems to be truly concerned that I was not satisfied. I may or may not look to him again for work in the future- I would recommend him to others, because I believe that his company does good work and the bid, when I saw it, was respectable. I'm sure if Sam's company had performed the work it would have been impressive.

"They showed up exactly on time.? They had a challenging task of replacing a faucet assembly that was rusted in place, with a faucet that I had purchased.? They were in an out in less than .5 hours.? They were extremely professional and considerate as I was working on the floor directly below them.? A piece that was installed cam loose a few days later, and they were there in a few hours to make sure it was repaired.? It has been three months and all is great.? It was a tough job - as they had to bust out the old faucet, but they stuck to their original Angie's List advertised price."
