"We had a new toilet installed. We used a coupon and called the plumber -- the return call was very prompt. Barnabas was very polite, arrived within the hour, installed the toilet very quickly and did a great job. This plumber was great!"

"We've used them for multiple jobs here and will continue to use them in the future."

"Dave did an excellent job with the work I needed done. He's very professional and knows his stuff! I thought the price was a little on the expensive side, but maybe that's just the going rate for a plumber. He also was able to repair our garbage disposal which saved us the cost of getting new one installed, so that did help. I would probably hire again."

"I bought the deal off of Angie's List of the $99 Faucet Installation.  I needed to replace the tub handles and spout (I provided the new ones). I didn't want to deal with this myself, as it seems I always make it worse than how it started originally!  The guy showed up (sorry, can't remember name!), and he was very polite, thorough, and did the job very quickly.  He could have done a better job caulking, as the old stuff was still on the tub/walls and wasn't removed.  Overall, was very pleased and would use them again.

"He did a great job and worked very hard! He saved our roof rafters in our attic and created a new opening in the hallway ceiling. He carefully caulked all of our exterior windows and doors, washed & painted the exterior, installed a new gutter and drain pipe, just to name a few items... Very flexible in working with me on decisions as to what repairs were needed inside and outside of the house. Very relational and friendly. Really cares about his work!"

"Lee was wonderful and his work was meticulous and professional. I had many bids on my basement bathroom remodel and the prices were astronomical compared to his. He does other handyman work and I will definitely use him again. Don’t hesitate to hire him."

"I found water damage in the morning and after considerable investigation, determined that it was from a pinhole leak in a water pipe in the basement.  I had to turn off the main water valve to stop the leak, so I needed to repair this quickly.  I have used Burkhardt Plumbing before with success, so I called them again.  They were able to come that afternoon ( I called around noon) and Dean arrived within the promised time slot.

He fixed the leak, and also advised me that it was probably due to insulation around the pipe which was held in place by small wires.  The insulation around the wire itself was decaying (probably installed 40 years ago) and could have caused an electrostatic charge (?) between the two metals which would corrode the copper pipe.  I appreciated this extra information, so that I can remove the rest of the insulation and prevent future leaks (the insulation was put on to prevent condensation and is no longer necessary).   I thought the cost of the repair was fair.

"We have spent months looking for right people and I am glad it took so long. The responsiveness, attention to detail, and professionalism have been superior. We had our countertops replaced with granite, replaced sink (including adjustments to plumbing) and garbage disposal, installed marble backsplash, took out 'garage' and had our cabinet doors modified by changing out middle wooden panel with frosted glass. Our kitchen looks amazing. Refreshed and updated; and exactly how we envisioned it."

"Punctual, though it took longer than they estimated, and they left some spots unpainted.

"He was very prompt and did all the repairs quickly but well! I would recommend this company again!"
