"I used Craftmasters to do our kitchen design. They were great to work with and really listened to how I used my kitchen and what I wanted. Afterwards, I decided to use them to do the remodel. They were a little more expensive than some of the other quotes I got. But it was worth it because you get a dedicated project manager who handles all the details so we didn't have to. Again, great to work with. Kitchen turned out wonderful and every time I am in there I love it more! Especially the cabinets and countertops. Makes a world of difference when I'm cooking!"

Good customer service and very responsive to email questions throughout the project.  We had an early surprise at the start of the project, not to vendor's doing, and they were very responsive in identifying a solution and cost.  We added a few things along the way and again they were very responsive in giving us a price and timing.  We had problems with a consistent finish on the new wood flooring and while I would have preferred a faster response to correct the problem I know that it is not always that simple when working with subcontractors and their schedule.  The 'quality' of the work is truly the best and I would hire Craftsman Renovations for future projects.

"I could not speak more highly of our experience with Spartan. We had roughly 10 contractors come through to bid on our kitchen remodel and Mike (owner) was the obvious choice for us. He was reasonably priced, knowledgable, easily accessible and an all around great guy. He worked with us for months prior to the start of our project. He had all of his subs and project manager come through our house to help guide us through the process of our project. Once our project started, our project manager, Mark, was a wealth of knowledge and incredibly talented. We actually nicknamed him "The Details Guy". The entire teamed cared about our project and put a tremendous amount of time and energy into it. Mike has amazing subs that work with him. Everyone that came through our house over a 4 month period (actual project time) was professional, friendly, trust worthy and hard working. We ended up with a full kitchen model, added on a mudroom which required foundation work. We also added a deck off of our new back entrance. We are thrilled with the results. We got exactly what we wished for and were completely within our budget. We would and WILL absolutely use Spartan for all of our future projects. These guys are great!"
