He didn't cap the hole for the toilet pipe and my 6 yr old granddaughter was met with a rat in our bathroom. Not satisfied, I contacted Brette's and he refunded 300.00. Then we had to call The Drain Team in to get ot fixed right. A lot of money for seniors. Not very satisfied. No written estimate, which I asked for and no receipt. SMH. "
