"Once they have your money and have you sign a form you won't cancel you can't get ahold of them by phone or get them to call you back. They say granite will take one month. When I asked how thin their granite was and wanted it to be the thicker standard used by other companies they said it would have to be ordered. It took 3 months. I kept calling and got no response. I thought I had been scammed because they cashed the check the same day I wrote it. Poor quality granite was used in bathroom. Poorly cut granite by microwave. Carpet scraps were not hauled away."

"Justin and his crew were fantastic. No issues at all. We ended up changing the tile, nearly mid-job because Justin wanted us to, "love it." He gave his professional opinion and he was right on with shape, color and style of backsplash. We should've started with his thoughts and saved us all time and hassle. He too facilitated returning special order tile we bought outside of his recommendations. We had delays due to COVID19 and tile orders, but he still checked in and got the job done as expected. The workmanship was perfect. We too like supporting our military veterans. After asking him about some of his experiences, he's one of many vets we'll happily support!.Highly recommended."

"There were pros and cons from my perspective. The cleaning was outstanding, but in over nine hours she only got through two rooms of my house. Its not that she didn't do a detailed job, but that it was so detailed that my whole house did not get the cleaning that it needed. I would liked to just pay a flat rate for the whole job itself, rather than not get all of the work done for the time I payed for. I gave her a list over the phone of what I wanted her to do, which she didn't bring with her. I felt like sometimes she was so focused on the specific details that she missed the broader strokes."
