I found that United Freight's rates were extremely competitive and were one of the very few companies that could guarantee a three-window in which the vehicle would be shipped. Their online tools could use some updating but I got my down payment receipt and document copies all emailed to me which I appreciated. I would have liked a message letting me know they had picked up the vehicle, but the dealership let me know. I was notified when the delivery was an hour away and when they arrived at my location. "Tony and Devon were the team of installers from Lowe's who installed our carpet,  It was a rather large space including a great room, a hallway, and a bedroom with walk-in closet.  They were extremely professional and very experienced, working quickly and efficiently to get the job done.  The installation was done  beautifully. They were very careful bringing in the carpet pieces to avoid damage to the walls in the stairwell.  When they completed the day, no seams at all show!  We are delighted with their work."

"The work went well.  The laundry room wall where the glass block windows were installed needed some drywall rework.  While doing the rework, additional insulation and framing was added to replace drywall.  It was found to have old termite damage which weakened some of the drywall.  The kitchen tile backsplash was added to better install a new cooktop exhaust vent replacing a microwave over cooktop which was installed too low by the previous homeowner.  Four windows had drywall return completed and window sills added."

"Ken was helpful with the design & suggested finishing touches to blend it in with existing parts of my kitchen. Overall, I think it looks great & he did a nice job with very vague instructions starting out. There are a few things that I might have changed if I could ''rewind'' (i.e., bench is big but I'm using the extra storage; part of my counter pushed one side ''off center'' a little, and may have been incorporated into the design/installation), but I'm probably the only person who would notice those things. Timing-wise, it took a little longer than he initially thought, but that wasn't a problem. Same with the tile he did for me, my quirky condo & sloping floors created challenges that most people don't have to worry about."
