"They went above and beyond on what they needed to do. I am particular, and so when they did my grout the first time, it didn't get all of it. So, the build up didn't get everything. They were willing to come back. They tried three times for me to like their work. Mr. Hornan, was very professional. Went above and beyond on what he needed to do to make sure that I was satisfied with the work."

"Called Mike to make appointment for above work. He agreed to come out next day betwee 9:00 A.M. - 9:30 A.M., closer to 9:00. He arrived just a few minutes after 9:00 and went right to work. Mike is a serious man and seems quite dedicated to his work - <br /> which one gets the impression he regards as a calling. Since he did some work for me last Dec., 2011, he has changed and improved his method and evidently products used. He now uses the Von Schrader Air Cell Technology, which minimizes moisture and avoids overwetting. Indeed, I was able to walk on the carpet right after he was finished. It was completely dry after 2 to 3 hours. (To be fair, I had left house after the 1st hour and it was dry when I got back home.) Mike also had a different, newer machine than he used last year. I get the impression that he is constantly trying to make improvements. This seems like a 1-man operation. When I called, I inadvertantly asked for the wrong thing. I requested cleaning the and quot;traffice patternand quot; with no furniture moved. But what I really wanted was the carpet in each of my carpeted rooms cleaned but with no furniture moved. This is what he did after I explained upon this arrival. He did , though, charge me his original amount, $102.85 (includes tax). His usual charge for the work done is $ 179.95 + tax.. Right now he told me he has an internet speecial for $ 159.95. (I hope my memory is okay on these numbers.). So, even though the misunderstanding was mine, not his, (The and quot;traffic patternand quot; is about a 2-ft swath through each room) he charged me his original quote just to be absolutely sure he was fair. <br />"

"The overall experience has been great. Nicole is one of these people who REALLY ENJOYS cleaning. Because of my initial experience Nicole now cleans for me on a regular basis. Usually a light cleaning every 2-3 weeks and a deep clean about every 3rd or 4th visit. "I have used Stanley Steamer in the past for carpets and they did an excellent job. This is about the tile cleaning. <br /> I was disappointed in the job they did. Two men came out and did the work fairly quickly- about the same as cleaning my carpets, only I paid a lot more. The results were varied. The grout is darker near the cabinets and much darker in the main cooking area which is what I really wanted clean. They would say it had heavier use, therefore it wouldn't come as clean, but it would have just taken some extra effort. I have cleaned it myself before and gotten it very clean. It was hard to tell how it would look at the time, because it was wet. They told me the darker places would dry lighter. When sealing the grout, I noticed the man was just bending over and pouring the sealer along the grout lines. I do not know if he could have maintained that position for all the grout. I hope it is sealed well. Anyway, I was really disappointed at first- I waited a long time to spend this much money to have it done. Now I don't notice it as much. (3 months later) <br />"
