"Amazing experience.  My master bedroom ceiling and 1 wall were torn down from a water incident in the upstairs bathroom.  Robert is very professional and the crew was always on time.  The repair work was very well done and I can't even tell that there was ever an issue.  They even fixed a small leak in my roof while repairing the ceiling.  I added on the repair to a door jam that was previously broke.  <br /> The upstairs bathroom wall was supposed to be repaired as well.  I had been told that the wall was bad by a company doing the water restoration process.  Repairs Unlimited checked the wall and told me that nothing was wrong and saved me $500.  <br /> Very honest company.  Everything was fixed in 5 days.  Highly recommend and will definitely use them again for repairs around the house. <br />"

".Pete arrived on the agreed upon date and spent the first day installing the framework, making sure eveything was tight fighting. Day 2 and things really came together. The bottom panel was installed, then the screen and the door. He made sure everything was caulked and "knat" proffed. When all was done he even helped my husband install the wiring for out overhead light/fan.He maintained a clean work space and made sure all metal shavings were picked up, as we have a small dog. Speaking of dogs, he installed a doggie door for our family pet that blended in so perfectly you really have to look to even see it.I couldn't be more pleased with the craftmanship and his overall willingness to make sure I was happy with the job!"

"The first unit was delivered in a timely manner. However, the carrier did not adhere to the shippers warnings about product fragility and the unit was received in a damaged state. The unit was sent back to Classic Copperworks for repair.  The repair was treated as a priority by Mr. Threadgill, who had the unit shipped back to me in three weeks. It arrived in good condition that time. <br /> Mr Threadgill was very helpful in providing support in order to finish our project. He even had a caulking product sent to us in order to help with flashing the unit. That meant alot. <br /> I am not a professional contractor, but was able to install the unit myself with his support. However, my profession does provide me the opportunity to serve the public and as such, I feel that I am more than qualified in commenting on good service. While Classic Copperworks may not be the cheapest provider of goods and services, they stand behind their product and provide great support. It requiress a "leap of faith" to order an expensive unit from an out-of-state provider with no prior mutual history, but I can attest to my complete satisfaction. <br /> WRS <br /> <br />"

The chip was in the edge of a white quartz countertop, very difficult to match perfectly, and the repair is absolutely invisible. Not the lowest bid, but worth the price."
