We hired his company to install carbon fiber straps on two of our basement walls that were starting to bow in a bit. We had quotes from several other companies, and we chose Precision Foundation Systems because their rates were competitive, he was incredibly knowledgeable about the process, and there was no BS nickle and diming going on like a lot of the other companies. He just quoted an all-in rate, then did a really beautiful job. They installed additional bracing where needed (and other companies did not include) and even added an additional strap at no addition charge--all to ensure he was completely resolving the issue and not leaving us with a potential problem in the future. He didn't mark up the permits at all either, which we appreciated. At the end of the day, it's all about the quality of the work, and I can't imagine anyone doing it better, cleaner, or more professionally. Thank you for exceeding our expectations Russ! "I purchased this home a couple years ago. We noticed that the previous owner had applied a this coating on the basement wall in an attempt to seal wall cracks that ran from top to bottom. Obviously this was not the proper way to repair it and they began to seep as time went on. I read reviews on Angie's List and chose to call Dave with The Crack Team. He called back within a short time and gave an estimate based on my description of how many leaks I thought I had. We set a date and when he got here the estimate was reduced in half because I confused crack repair with rod hole fillings. He repaired 2 long cracks and filled about 12 rod holes. He was very friendly and professional. He did a neat job and cleaned up afterwards. Also he offered suggestions for some minor floor cracks. Thanks to him the basement now appears to be completely dry. The work came with a "Lifetime of the Structure Warranty". I am very pleased with the contractor and the workmanship and will certainly recommend him to others."

"The guys from 4-Ever Water-Tite were great! Prior to contracting 4-Ever Water-Tite, I had problems with water and excess moisture in my basement. My basement walls were also pushing in laterally. They put in a perimeter drain system and a new sump pump. They also installed steel support beams to support the walls.
