"We had a very small roof area need to be repaired. I sent request to multiple company to give a service quote. Few of them sent me replies and stated that they are too busy to come. Matt of MMP Consturction's contacted me promptly, scheduled an on-site visit and gave us a quote right away. The work was then scheduled and finished quickly. Matt did great job on reaching out, effective communication, and always arriving on-time. He also gave an evaluation on our roof condition. Also, Eric and Don did excellent job on finishing the project. They are all very polite, knowledgeable, and showed their professionalism. We would like to express our sincere appreciation to Matt and his crew. We are very grateful for having them arriving on-time before the winter storm to prevent potential damage of the house. "When you find a great contractor, don’t let them go. ;). I hired Tim to build a screen porch under my deck but added several projects as I recognized the high quality of work and attention to detail from his crew. In addition to the screen porch, they built a deck extension - so nice that I decided to have them replace the existing deck, installed a basement slider and replaced the door, installed a new fence and built a shed. Tim was responsive, open, honest and receptive of my requests and additions during the project. Great experience working with Tim and his crew: Dan, Brian, Eddie and Ben. Great job on all the work - I’ve received many compliments from neighbors and guests on the work you did! I can’t recommend Tim and his crew enough."

"Paul and Jay were a pleasure to work with. We added on a 10x14 addition (dining room) to the house. They were extremely flexible as the design location and final specifications changed several times. The price was very fair and allowed for 2-3 progress payments along the way. Jay's attention to detail in putting the hard wood floor down was amazing as he matched panel to panel from the connecting room. They brought in their contractors for HVAC and electrical ( pricey there ) but that helped us a lot! Highly recommended.. Thanks again Paul"

Construction is a challenging venture when putting on an Addition to an existing dwelling. There are many obstacles and challenges that can be faced throughout the project and within the home. My project was to remove an existing deck and screen room, repair water damage caused by the old structure, and build a replacement composite deck with screen room beneath. He was punctual, polite, offered ideas, and very clean. My driveway and screen room are probably cleaner now than when he first arrived. As the project was worked on he didn't hesitate to ask for my preference on things that would pop up. He planned his time well, even unexpectingly working in the rain to try to stay on his planned schedule. Price was great for the quality of work."

When I began the process of getting quotes to build my 2 car detached garage back in March, the most important factors for me in selecting a contractor were price, competence/quality of work, and trustworthiness (not necessarily in that order). Xavi, the owner of Xcc delivered on all three from start to finish. From the original quote which was fully itemized to show every last detail of the build to the final piece of trim installed, Xavi’s commitment to the job and open and honest communication style was exceptional. Xavi is a perfectionist, so if something isn’t 100% he won’t rest until it meets his standards - his crew is fantastic as well. Entering into a project of this size and cost can be a little intimidating given the amount of risk assumed by the homeowner and potential what if scenarios that can play out, ultimately will the builder will do what he says he will in the agreed timeframe? Xcc Builders will because Xavi is man of character who takes great pride in his work and fully understands the impact integrity has on his business’s reputation and long term success."

"We needed to add a shower where our laundry closet existed on the first floor. That required moving the laundry to the basement and turning the closet into a functional shower. We searched high and low for help. Most contractors never replied back or no showed their quote appointment. Paul and Lindsey responded quickly and professionally. They weren’t our cheapest or most expensive quote, but after meeting with Paul it was an easy choice. On time, polite, professional and amazing communication. He took what I wanted and made it happen within weeks. There were questions/concerns during the process and he addressed them quickly and was able to deliver what was promised- a beautiful tile shower and a functional basement laundry room. We are currently discussing other home improvements."
