"Actually, this pro found ME!! I had been searching for someone to help me with a board on my deck that needed to be removed and replaced. No luck. It seemed that no one wanted to be bothered with a small job. Then I had a phone call from Vance Thomas who was interested in helping me! We scheduled a time when he could here and check out the project. It turned out that 5 other deck boards also needed to be replaced. He gave me a very fair estimate, got all materials ready and the work was done yesterday! Sometime in August when the weather is dry, the deck will be painted by either me (or Vance if he agrees), and he'll then powerwash the deck and then seal it! "It went great. We purchased our home knowing the electrical was outdated. We hired ALR Construction to update our wiring for our whole home. They reran everything along with installing new gfci’s, and dimmer switches. They updated my electrical panel, and breakers. I also had them install a generator to power my whole home in case of a power outage since we live in a rural area. We also had them install and wire a whole home ring camera security system for a 360 degree view around our house. These guys are very professional and friendly. They did an amazing job. Through conversation I discovered Adam had built his house from the ground up and he showed me before and after pictures. I loved his work, and attention to detail. I ending up hiring them not only for upgrading our electrical which he specializes in but also to help remodel our kitchen. My wife and I couldn’t be happier. They replaced all our cabinetry, counter tops, installed a new sink/faucet, dishwasher(which we didn’t originally have), replaced our old counter top range, and wall mounted oven with a new stove. They installed led lights above our cabinets, and under. They also replaced the old linoleum flooring with wood look alike vinyl planks. These guys go above and beyond. Starting early, and staying late if needed. It wasn’t just a let’s throw it together and move on to the next job you’d get from a bigger company. "Jeff, the owner, arrived 5 minutes early for the estimate and 10 minutes early for the service appointment, a big plus in my book.  He examined the entire system, explained what the problem was, and offered me options on how to proceed.  He clearly explained everything I needed to know to make my decision.  I chose to have the fan and conduit replaced.  While he did so (and in extremely cold weather), he also rewired the system to make it more efficient.  He even labeled the proper circuit in my breaker box!  He also ran a test to be sure the new fan is adequate and the system is working satisfactorily.  <br /> Jeff is very professional, efficient, prompt, and helpful.  He is a pleasure to work with and I will not hesitate to call him again for any needed repairs.  I recommend him highly. <br />"
