"The original install was in 2019. We bought the house in 2022. After multiple leaks and almost a dozen "professionals" out to inspect, no one could figure out why my ceiling was leaking. So, we decided to try to find who did the original roof and call them on a warranty. After the roof was installed, the owner did a bunch of additions which ended up creating a lift in the flashing and shingles the gutters were just dumping water into the crease. Within 5 minutes of inspection, Cody figured it out right away. Not only did he fix it the very next day, but he stood by his business and didn't even charge us for the repair, and is coming back to do a moss treatment next week! "I had a 2nd layer put on about 12 years ago. It was suppose to be good for 30 years (I guessed 20) but the workmanship was lacking and it had been leaking in the valleys for a number of years. IDEAL was the last one to bid but in short time talking, I decided on them. After stripping 2 layers, they had to replace a number of plywood sheets as the old ones were disintegrating. Ideal did a Superb Job working around rainy days. They installed all new flashing, new vents and metal around all roof edges. Even the skylight needed to be replaced.
