"Jamie came when scheduled, he had the tools and materials needed to get my gutters firmly bolted on to my house with the proper length bolts needed ( which had not happened with a previous company) . The original assessment was thorough and had great pictures and description of what needed to be done. The following day he came by and gave the bid. Once I got the bid, they didn't show up on the day they said they would do the work and came the following Monday.
