He also noticed a part in the home that needed a specifically made gutter that saved the amount of water would be pouring down on my foundation so I’m very glad he has been doing thins for years to be able to catch something like that! "In June of this year we needed to have our 9 year old house painted, along with replacing some weather damaged trim around our windows. We hired a painting contractor who claimed to know what he was doing. Instead of replacing the trim he tried to caulk, fill, and cover up the old rotten boards. He watered down the paint and then proceeded to use one very thick coat instead of the two coats he promised. He ended up destroying our soffit and siding. He also damaged the weep holes on most of our lower level windows. We were left with a huge mess, and lost half the money we paid up front. I reached out to a full list of contractors to repair our home. Most of them were shocked at the damage that was done, but seemed to be to busy or not interested in helping us out. In comes Gray Huskie Custom Exteriors. I called and left a message with Miguel, and he called me back within less than a half hour to schedule a time to come out to our house that same evening for a bid. Miguel and his son were professional, knowledgeable, and presented us with a very fair estimate. Within three weeks they were on the job and working hard to fix our home. We were so impressed with Miguel and his crew. It was so nice to have a contractor show up on time, and always let us know ahead if there was a change in the schedule. "When TED first proposed the Job he went thru a verbal description explaining the work that needed to be done and I was impressed with his knowledge and insights. We did not haggle on price in that I had other estimates and wanted to give Ted the incentive to do the job right and in a timely manner. He met all those goals. While his scheduling could use a little help, he did our job in a reasonable timeframe. As a validation on the quality my neighbor saw what was done and immediately hired Ted to do their home which was the same color, etc. He is working on their house now."

"All things considered it went pretty well. We had just come off of multiple experiences (different companies) where the contractors did not fulfill their contracts and cost us a bunch of money with half finished jobs. Clic Homes was a breath of fresh air. They were easy to work with and felt that they gave us good attention. They offered to come to an arrangement (considering our previous experiences with other companies) where we felt comfortable not having too much money out of pocket before work was done. This was truly amazing. They were fairly prompt with their work. The work that was done was quality. I did not find that I needed to go back and ask for rework due to quality. Like all construction projects there was an issue or two that did not sit quite right with us, they were willing to work with us and fix the problem. Overall I would give them 4.5 stars."
