"Got 3 estimates for gutters, M&M had the lowest price including a discount for Angie list customers. Scheduled the installation for day I was off but miscommunication caused for the gutters to be done day before when I was not off. Gutters look great and function well. Installers did leave several long gutters nails and metal clips in the yard that I was not happy about because we have dogs and they could have stepped on them. Other than that I was pleased with M&M and would hire again."

"Jamie came when scheduled, he had the tools and materials needed to get my gutters firmly bolted on to my house with the proper length bolts needed ( which had not happened with a previous company) . The original assessment was thorough and had great pictures and description of what needed to be done. I also had a vent cap missing that I had planned to attempt to replace myself, but he measured and sent pictures and I purchased the cap and Jamie screwed it on for me. "Great presintation! They explain all about roofing, product, if there will be any extra cost wood, look in your attic for damages, 3d pictures of your roof how it will look like after it's been done. Added extra ventilation where needed. Clean up was great. I have Dish, they paid the cost to have Dish come back out. There was no surprises! They delivered product one day, next day they removed old wood and replaced with new and extra ventilation. It's just beautiful! They went beyond did extra safety steps for the customer. My roof looks great, beautiful and I can't stop looking at it. We have the roof for Idaho weather not California. The cost is high but you will have a nice product you will not have to worry about for a very very long time. I would recommend this company they are a top quality roofing company."

"I contacted the provider and didn't hear anything back for almost 2 weeks. The provider called and said he would be by the next day and then didn't show up. The following day he came by and gave the bid. Once I got the bid, they didn't show up on the day they said they would do the work and came the following Monday. The actual installers did a great job with the work."

"In June of this year we needed to have our 9 year old house painted, along with replacing some weather damaged trim around our windows. We hired a painting contractor who claimed to know what he was doing. Instead of replacing the trim he tried to caulk, fill, and cover up the old rotten boards. He watered down the paint and then proceeded to use one very thick coat instead of the two coats he promised. He ended up destroying our soffit and siding. He also damaged the weep holes on most of our lower level windows. We were left with a huge mess, and lost half the money we paid up front. "Reed does good work. Everything that he did was well done, and works great. However he is as slow as molasses. He drags everything out significantly longer than it needs to be. Originally everything was supposed to be done at the end of October, it didn't get done until the second week of December. Hire him if you have a lot of time on your hands, but if you want it done quickly, you either have to constantly be on him to get it done, or you may consider finding someone else."
