He has updated all the outlets and switches in the house. He added numerous dimmer switches for various lights. He added wall speed controls for ceiling fans. He removed all the light fixtures and replaced them with new fixtures. He added hard wired under cabinet lighting in the kitchen. He is very professional, polite, and very knowledgable. I have technical background and I bombarded Brendan with lot of questions on scientific and mathematical and technical functions of heat pump, but Brendan immediately came up with satisfactory technical and scientific responses which cleared doubts and gave me optimism. Brendan and his team made feasibility study at the house and took measurements to ascertain the size of the heat pump and necessary modifications to the existing system in order to make new heat pump and system work efficiently with low costs of electricity and maintenance and with very low noise!!!
