"They were very helpful when the installation people messed up.  They helped us get things done.  The person that was doing the installation did not pull any permits for the work; we had to reinforce a wall that was practically destroyed by his work.  It was a low ceiling wall and the roof was starting to sink.  It was dropped about a quarter of an inch in two weeks time when they caught it and I was able to correct this.  My son and I were able to do it myself.  They were not willing to change the price and they were willing to fix it but after not being told the truth a number of times, I fired the contractor.  They got us a licensed contractor and did the work on their cost, no profit."

"They were awesome. We had hail damage. They are amazing. The storm was in July, 2016. He came out in the beginning of August to do the initial check of my house. He talked to my insurance company. He was very good with the insurance people in getting my house fixed. It took a while to get done because in Colorado, you can't do some things in the winter. On good days, they would come out and work on repairs.  He subcontracted this stuff out because he looked for people who could do the job at a reasonable price. He is not one of those people that will hire just anybody. He makes sure that the job gets done and people want to work. He called when something came up. He came out to check. He was amazing. He was very informative, very professional and very responsive. I didn't have to deal with a lot of stuff like shady people and insurance scams. He took care of the insurance company and everything else. They were always on time. If they couldn't make it because of weather, you got notification. He would call in advance on the scheduled day, like two hours ahead, so I could get my dogs out of the yard."
