"Working with L&L was a very positive experience.  They were professional and responsive throughout the entire process.   A previous contractor failed to properly flash the chimney when he  installed a metal roof.  As a result, a signification amount of water was coming into the building. L&L fixed this issue in a timely matter and the quality of work was excellent. In addition, they were conscientious about cleaning the yard and building when they completed the task.

"Had a leaking roof and attempted to repair leak. Roof is 13 years old and there was damage to roof sheeting as well. Original shingles only had maybe 4 years or so of life left. Steve and Jason were more than helpful with this issue and after the repair just wasn't able to fix the issue we all decided a complete roof replacement was the best option. The entire company from the owner Jason to sales Steven to all the workers were phenomenal to work with. Prompt communication, prompt to perform the work and made the entire process painless and easy to swallow. "The young man that came to see my missing shingles on my roof, was professional, informed, and polite. The only issue was that the company does NOT conduct repair as I needed. The company only replaces the entire roof. I am glad he came and advised about replacing the roof if we decide to do that and decide that we can afford it. Right now I need to repair the missing shingles. and he/ his company can not help me."

"3 Son’s Siding & Gutters LLC did my roof about four months ago.They came and gave me a price that was more than fair…3 Son’s were very professional,work very safely.They stripped two layers, found that they had to get plywood and replace the whole roof, it was a bit more but they did the plywood, re-shingled the roof in the one day.i was very impressed with the way all the workers did what needed to be done. The job was done in a day and a half,all the mess was picked up went around the house with magnets picking up all the nails.All I can say I believe they are very professional, very concerned about how my property was left I think it was cleaner than when they started.Very good crew did a great job couldn’t be any happier. "Roofing its something no home owner ever wants to do, but most have to go through. I won't even lie I wasn't even planning on getting a new roof, but Dale Knocked on my door and thats where the process started. My roof did go through insurance & aside from signing paper work/paying my deductible A1 handled everything. Obviously specific details from the insurance goes to you and then given to A1. Its not a short process and there is paperwork you have to sign, but all In all it did take me about 4 to 5 months where the process was started to roof replacement. Dale handled interactions with showing my the conditions of my roof and how to go about getting it put through the insurance. The only hiccup was that I have solar panels and I did feel like they where taken down to early (almost 5 months off), but I made my concerns known and one of the Managers called me and credited me $500 bucks (100 per month) that the panels where off. They did tell me setbacks in productions and things happen, but made me happy by giving me this credit. Didn't fight me on it, and didn't make me feel like I was just an insurance check on the other end. You can trust A1 home improvement with your home. I would like to thank Dale for his work & all the others that helped me throughout one of the most stressful process there can be for a house."

The installation crew, Ivan and Vito, were clean, professional and installed my six windows in a half day (replacing original windows from 1937 when the house was built). They were very careful of my outdoor plants and interior belongings. They thoroughly cleaned up and replaced the blinds hardware they had to remove to do the job. You'd be hard pressed to know they were even there. They were professional and true craftsmen.
