"this is a review about what went right. Caroline called me within a couple of hours of my inquiry on Angie's List. We set up an appointment for that same day with Steve. He reviewed the roof and proposed project, which was to replace the asphalt shingles. I was originally thinking about a metal roof and he provided me some good perspective on this choice. He left me with a detailed proposal which covered everything. Two days later we signed a contract for this job. Although it has been a really rainy season they completed this job within the estimated timeframe. The crew and dumpster arrived on the arranged day. My house is kind of small but I was surprised when they finished in little over six hours, including cleanup. The clean up was done as they proceeded and they left my yard in better shape than when they arrived. The roof looks great and just in time for our first snow. When I realized I needed a roof I got a bit scared as there are a lot of scams out there. But these folks were above board and professional in all of our dealings and I would definitely recommend them."

"Excellent contractor; professional in every aspect of the job. Owner and/or owner's son was on the job at all times to supervise the work although their employees were obviously experienced roofers. They used large tarps all around the house to protect the lawn and plantings and cleaned up the area at  the end of each day. The owner fixed a skylight that had been leaking because of improper installation by the original roofer and used his creativity and custom made flashing to re-install it properly.
They completed the job in two days, (41 squares) so interruption was minimal. In addition they addressed every issue in a pleasant, courteous manner and dedicated themselves to doing the job correctly with great attention to detail. We had an excellent experience with this company and would definitely recommend them.
