They were very professional, arrived very early, have been great with all tweaks. Seem to do everything. We are not in the house, will be seeing progress this weekend. "I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"Pros: It went well, and the overall quality is good - they offered alternative solutions other contractor estimates did not (to help lower the cost). They take pride in their work and are willing to go the extra mile for satisfaction, even after work completion. Cons: We put our deposit in and signed a contract a few months before the job, and it wasn't until a week or two before the job we found out the material was discontinued (after we already selected paint color and floor design from separate contractor) We were forced into their schedule, after noting certain restrictions we had with working midnight shift. (for items like inspections and lingering things after the "scheduled" work was complete)."
