"Justin showed up to provide a quote. He was courteous and friendly. He was knowledgable and answered all my questions. He explained the cost differences and listened to my needs, he never tried to upsell or convince me to go more expensive. I was able to schedule the work during the quote visit and it was within the same week! His father showed up on time and got to work with his team. They were even more courteous and friendly and respectful of my property and the fact I was working remote. They were so quick! My entire basement (over 1000 sqft) had the old insulation removed and new installed within 6 hours. They cleaned after completion and even removed my old ping pong table that needed a new home! I would recommend them. Family owned but COMPLETELY professional."

"They came out because our unit was not blowing cold air. The tech found a leak in the system and scheduled a time to replace the part. He refilled our refrigerant that day which was included in the price of the part. My family has used this company for years with no complaints."

"Wise Home Direct did a major interior makeover on my house last fall and not only did they do a fantastic job but I really enjoyed working with them and appreciate their professionalism. Today I had an urgent need for some follow-up repair work and I'm completely impressed with their willingness and ability to rally for me late in the day on a Friday afternoon to mobilize and handle my issues same day. It's been about 9 months since they finished their project and I am completely impressed with this kind of after-project support and look forward to the next project I will do with them."

"I recently had Home Shield install new insulation in my home, and I couldn't be happier with their work! From start to finish, they were professional, punctual, and efficient. They arrived right on time and completed the job in a timely manner without cutting corners. What really stood out to me was how clean they left everything. They made sure to clean up thoroughly after themselves, which is always appreciated. Additionally, their expertise was evident—they not only knew exactly what needed to be done but also took the time to explain what steps we could take to keep our home warm during the colder months. Overall, their excellent service and attention to detail exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them"
