"Chris did an outstanding job on a complicated chevron pattern for our kitchen backsplash last year. He told me he would come back after a year and reseal the backsplash to keep it looking good. I called him this week, and true to his word, he came back and put the cleaner/resealer on our backsplash, which still looks like the day it was installed. Chris does great work and is an honest businessman. Five star experience all the way!"

"14K LVP staircase started separating within the first few months. Another tech was sent out immediately to repair and informed us that it was not correctly done the first time. This happened two more times with each tech telling us the previous had not done it correctly. My entire staircase is separating, cracking, or chipping and Footprint floors nor Brandon will answer phone calls, voicemail, or text messages. They promise a great warranty but good luck getting it to stick..."

"Started off well. Seemed nice and reputable. Then went downhill. I told him exactly where to get trim molding and he refused to check there and wasted hours searching and got frustrated and his attitude reflected his frustration. I made one phone call to place I told him that had molding... Wow, they had it in stock!!! Sheetrock repair was average at best. I had to redo a big portion. I asked for estimates for portions of work and was asked to be patient but when he wanted payment, wasn't patient at all. Would not use him ever again. See attached pics of his finished sheetrock work."
