"I wanted to take this opportunity to leave a review for the landscaping work Good Samaritan Landscaping performed at my home. I had full landscaping installed, from irrigation, topsoil and ground leveling, concrete, fencing, rock, sod, and some extras. The results of their work have made my forever home beautiful, beyond my expectations. I receive comments from neighbors and guests often about the plan, the materials chosen, and how sharp the yard looks. I came upon Good Samaritan Landscaping through Angie’s List. I contacted them through the site and received a phone call the next morning. Leslie and Fred were quick to arrive at my home, talk about my needs and wants, and were compassionate to some constraints I was under. I had an idea of what I wanted and spoke with both Leslie and Fred about my needs and wants. They were quickly able to take my ideas and formulate a plan. I was placed into their schedule as quickly as they were able accommodate me, with other jobs they currently were involved in. Fred’s crew arrived a couple of weeks later with his equipment and began the large task of creating a yard and landscape from plain dirt. His crew worked carefully around my home, expertly avoiding the marked utilities, and the irrigation system was completed in days. Topsoil was brought in to level and properly grade the yard, which was done to Fred’s expert eye and satisfaction. Concrete curbing was then installed beautifully. Next was rock in the perimeter of the property and around the house. Fred and Leslie both looked hard for the type and color rock I had wanted. I was pleasantly surprised with stone that exceeded my expectations for color and beauty. The extra effort they took on this part of the job really sets my house apart from all others, I could not be more pleased. When sod arrived and went down, Fred was personally involved to make sure it was laid with expertise and care. The results of his work are outstanding. Fred and Leslie both are honest, genuine, and put their extra touch into their work. "If you are at all like us, you tend to fix your fence and find every reason to avoid getting a new one. But once we saw the finished product on our neighbor -- how fast the workers tore down the old one, dug the post holes, put up the new one AND stained it-- our decision was made. Sure, there are many fence companies that can do this; but Stand Strong uses heavy, heavy material --cedar that is 3/4 for the boards, metal-reinforced gates, shadow-box styling (or whatever look you want), and the best pricing out of four fence company bids-- and the decision becomes an easy one. "Anyone who knows me knows I am not easily impressed because I have such high expectations. However this company exceeded even my expectations day in and day out! I have had many home improvement projects done in my life. Bathrooms, kitchens, fences, roofs and decks and I have never been happier with the services and results as I have been with Sione (Jay Concrete & Construction) and the driveway they did for me. IT IS BEAUTIFUL! Sione and his crew were here working everyday exactly when they said they would be. They were polite friendly and professional. Even my neighbors commented on their professional and safety conscious ways. Every step of the way, I was consulted and listened too by everyone on the crew. Each night the messes made were cleaned and made ready for the next days work. My project had a completion due day of May 1. It was completed by April 26. AMAZING! "Excellent work and I was impressed by his working steadily on the project from start to finish. To make it easier for me to get exactly what I wanted and top quality fixtures, Keith provided advice and all rough in and finish work. I special ordered all plumbing fixtures, custom cabinets, stone cabinet top, shower door, marble and tile. Keith picked up all materials and with his assistant, installed everything. He did an outstanding job of installing special German made shower valves and a Toto Washlet. The quality and precision of their work was impeccable and the tile and marble work was particularly impressive. Everything went together steadily and smoothly and the entire job was done in a little over 4 weeks. I would like to have him do further projects for me, based on the quality and reliability he has shown."

We were so satisfied with the way it turned out that we had them come back out and do our paver fire pit and the landscape for our backyard.
