"I hired Kimball Roofing after a major rain storm caused an active roof leak allowing water to drip through my kitchen ceiling. He came out the same day free of charge and was very helpful in evaluating where my current leak was coming from as well as providing inside about other potential leak hazards he saw. He advised me that I would be better off performing the repair myself considering my mechanic background and walked me through everything I would need to do to repair the leak myself including tools and parts required. They mentioned they warranty their repairs for lifetime, since then the same area leaked once which they fixed and then leaked again recently which they refused to fix. BEWARE OF THEIR FAKE WARRANTY THEY ADVERTISE IN PERSON AND ON THEIR WEBSITES! Subsequently I also asked them to fix another leak from Hurricane Helene in 2024 which they quoted me a ridiculous amount (more than the two leaks they fixed in 2022!). Then they charged me a $150 consultation fee. I found another roofer who is doing the work for 1/3rd of the price. BEWARE OF THEM SCAMMING YOU WITH HIGH PRICES. I wouldn't do any work with them or recommend them to friends and family."
