I do not know if I have not been proactive in communication on my end trying to avoid being a **Karen** or bothering them too often on an update. Did not ever get solid schedule or timeline though, so only if you are not in a rush and have kind patience. Took almost 4 months from getting quotes, wanting to get work done when they were available or if any cancellations, to finally having a finished deck and now winter is upon us. I had high hopes since this was the only company that responded when we can were first reaching out to a handful of companies for quote request."
