"I was contacted by Northwest Hydrojetting, LLC immediately after my request for a water heater replacement on Angie's list. They supplied a base quote and said they could complete by next day. The quote was reasonable and after I checked a few other responses, I checked back and they said they could actually get out the same day. They were quick, responsive, polite and very professional. As a recently retired Facilities Superintendent I would recommend this company to my business colleagues as well as private home owners."

"It was way too expensive for the work that was performed. They originally said that the pipes leading up to the faucet may need to be replaced and the wall opened up. Previously before engaging them. I asked for a possible quote for how much it would cost and they told me that it was up to the technician. When they came out to do the work that they would determine the amount. I asked the technician how much it would and he told me that it was up to the company to decide for how much the work would cost. When I contacted the company they told me again that it would be up to the technician to determine the how much it would cost by checking the amount of work. I could not get an answer from both of them because they would just keep passing each other on who to ask for the quote. After the project was completed, I was given the bill of about $750+ to replace the faucet, to replace the hoses and the two knobs roughly $350+ each. When I called the company about the price, I was transferred to the dispatchers and was told that I need to talk to the technician for it."

"We Had Southwest Plumbing come to our house to attatch a hose bib that my husband wasn’t able to do because of the angle of the piping. He had the crawl space totally accessible and plenty of room to it as well as cob webs etc cleaned out of there. Hose bib was already removed from house. We also had a new hose bib on hand. It took the plumber 7 min to do the job. They quoted 1048.00 and we assumed they would deduct a couple hundred off when the job was done, it could not have been easier for the plumber. Again 7 min job…….. I have reached out to them 3 times to talk to Andrew which I’m sure is a manager. He has NOT returned our call. A call back and parcial refund would make all the difference as the plumber did his job well. With assessing the job they were at our house a total of 50 minutes and it cost over a 1000.00, very unacceptable. We are hoping they will make this right."

"I found the leak in the attic and knew exactly where to find it. I had to let them go through my room ceiling after looking at where the burst was located. No way they could get to it any other way. Job done in an hour. Is $1k to expensive? When 1000's are experiencing the same issue? No you do what you need to do to come back online. I was happy with their business. "Schmitty's Plumbing responded to my Angi's service request almost as soon as I submitted it, and they beat out three other Angi plumbing companies in terms of pricing and transparency. I hired Schmitty's to remove an old double bowl kitchen sink and faucet with a new single bowl sink and upgraded faucet. There was no upselling or attempts to convince us to replace our garbage disposal which two of the other plumbers recommended we do. We saw no reason to replace our disposal which functions well and is not that old. Partners Drake and Gage came out to our home as scheduled, and they got to work immediately working efficiently and thoroughly. We appreciated their no-nonsense, honest, prompt service, and very fair pricing. I chose Schmitty's based on the positive customer reviews, and would hire them again. I told them I would recommend them to all my friends who have plumbing needs!"

"This was by far the absolute worst experience that I have ever had with any company. The plumber came out for a shower that was not draining. I am on septic and let them know that my septic was just pumped in July. However they wanted to check anyways. After checking under the baffle inspection, I was advised by the plumber that my septic tanks were full and needed to be pumped. I contacted a septic company they came out first thing the next morning and checked my septic tanks, they were not full and ironically enough was able to pull out a huge clog of toilet paper from the baffle. He advised this is something that the plumbers do but since we just had one out the day before and they did told us the wrong information he would happily fix the problem for us. My husband called Riley Cahill (the manger) the next day to try to talk to him about the situation and try to find out why we were charged so much since there was not an itemized receipt. Riley proceeded to get very defense and angry and HUNG UP on my husband. He then called back left a message that saying he will check with his plumbers on Monday and get back to us. Monday morning I called Riley Cahill to have a conversation of what went wrong and how we will remedy the situation. He proceeded to once again get very upset, raise his voice and was insanely disrespectful (telling me to be quiet and stop talking). Then hung up on me as well. After that he called back to tell me I was wrong, and hung up on me again. I told him during the conversation that I was going to warn anyone I could not to use this company through reviews, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!"
