"I only noticed late in the morning that my water heater was leaking, I contacted 1st Response via Angie's List and requested (hoped ) same day service. They arrived in the early afternoon to diagnose the issue and provide me with an estimate for a new water heater....they then replaced my water heater and were done and gone by 4 PM. Great service, nice guys, good job and reasonably priced. Best of all, and what I wanted, was to have the issue resolved the same day. 1st Response did it all on very short notice. I would definitely use these guys again. A very big thanks to Brian and Ryan."

However he took the time to go though the entire home's plumbing system! Including the crawl space. Pointed out condition issues, possible issues that may come up later. I have a much better understanding of the home's plumbing system!! He answered questions and was professional, excellent experience!!"

Only had one minor issue with the pull down faucet spray head hose and the weight on it, which was the water supply hose was in the way. So the easy fix was to adjust the position of the weight and route one of the water supply hoses out of the way to clear when pulled down far enough."
