In addition to using the electronic locator, he also went old school in using witching sticks to confirm the location of the pipes."

"1st response reached out with an e-mail and asked for specific information as well as pictures so they could come prepared. They were sent pictures and told that the current water heater needing replacement was a 48 gallon 52" water heater so we needed to go with a shorter, 50" model. When the installer arrived he had the tall skinny model. Despite sending them pictures and specifics it doesn't appear the installer was able to review that information because he arrived with a tall, skinny model which didn't fit. He provided information which did not completely match what the owner described but we quickly came to a price for the model we currently have and they rescheduled and did a great job with the install.
