One thing - if you are replacing a tile floor - make sure they tarp EVERYTHING in the room they will be ripping old tile from. My crew didn't, and I had extremely thick layers of dust throughout my entire house, to include countertops/kitchen utensils/etc. Upon speaking about this issue with the company, they say that is not the norm and apologized profusely.
