"They were friendly, honest (so many other contractors outright lie to you), accurate with their bid, prompt with keeping the installation appointment and thorough from the initial contact to the completion of the job. Service rep followed up with an inspection after the job was complete. Only 2 things I could say were slightly annoying were the screws left on the garage floor (but I was expecting some anyway from a previous contractor's work) and the fact that the sales rep did not deliver the rebate forms until it was almost too late to claim the rebate."

"I received two different services, paintless repair $189 and headlight correction with the 5 yr warranty $149. The customer service was amazing, I am new to the area so I didn't have someone to drop me off and pick me up so I waited at the auto salon while the work was conducted They let me connect to the wifi and even turned on netflix which allowed me to do work while I waited for three hours or so. Unfortunately a couple of days after I got the headlights done we had freezing temperatures which ruined the work so I had to take it back in and they redid the work, no questions asked. I made sure that the temperature was going to be above freezing at least 5 days after that and I haven't had any issues. The staff is incredibly friendly. I definitely recommend this place. I don't have anything negative to say which is not common."

"Service was fine.  I really liked the vendor's style and choose to go with him in part because of his style given there really was not difference between vendors' products that struck me as significant.  The product used repells heat outside while retaining heat inside.  I thought this made sense; however, as I have thought about it and one of the rooms tinted has several heat sources, that may not have been the right decision.  The other vendor's product repels heat outside, but allows more heat to escape generated inside."
