Sherlock managed to get another crew to the house at 1pm, which still gave it a 5-hour late start. Once they got there, the work was done carefully and professionally, including negative pressurization to make sure none of the asbestos got loose while the old ducts were removed and packaged up for hazmat. The work was completed properly, there were *no* issues with inspections, I had access to a lot of help and advice from Sherlock, and I feel comfortable with the process and the results.
