"In all fairness, this was a very difficult window tinting job. Due to the window size, angle, and location on the roof, the initial window tinting job was performed with only one of the four windows actually done properly. We waited a month to see if the bubbles would disappear and they did not.  
The owner was not happy about the result but was very gracious in his response to make it right. A few weeks later he returned with more staff and replaced all the previous window tint applications. Today, the windows look excellent. We are very pleased with the service and professionalism.

The quality of the materials Gotcha Covered uses was the same or better as the higher priced quotes. They were extremely professional and wasted no time. Gotcha Covered always was on time or a little bit early and answered every call or returned calls immediately. The instillation went extremely smoothly and they installed 27 blinds throughout the house in 4-5 hours. I can not say enough good things about them!"
