As I was about to return the system I was told they have "new" sensors and they just realized they received a bad batch and are working with another company.....Gave it a try....and same issue returned....some sensors worked....some didn't. I finally returned the system and stopped getting emails.....only to find that they were still billing my credit card even after I returned the equipment. Very nice people and very understanding.....unfortunately their product is not up to par. While we do have a large home, it's an open concept and the sensors that weren't working were no more than 15ft away from the base. The previous owners of my house had a wireless system with no issues at all.....I'm going to be using that company going forward."

How does ADT run their accounting department? It's only $1.00, but it's the principle. I don't understand this. Does ADT think customers are so stupid that we are not going to notice? I have called several times with no satisfaction. I will be calling them every day until I see the $1 refunded back to my account. I would like to know how many customers have been charged late fees when they have set up automatic withdrawal. That's a good way for ADT to make some extra money!!!!!! I have to ask myself why I have stayed with ADT so long. With the way they handle their accounting department, I don't feel confident that if my alarm goes off I will get help."
