"Found that the dispenser was damaged inside.  Could not fix.  Had to come back the next morning to fix leaking under the sink due to the work on the dispenser.  Re routed the water line so that we would still have water to the refrigerator but the join leaked so I had to turn it off at the valve.  The rerouting meant that I could not push back the sliding shelf that holds the supplies.  Had to remove it to be able to close the cabinet door.

"I had this done for my own peace of mind since we had quite a bit of work done to the house and a sewer backup would have caused more expense. The video was supposed to be the same as would be given to the city if it was required. The video required by the city includes the front of the house and house number. Although that video was captured, it didn't make it on the disk. I've called in and asked for the complete DVD which is the reason for the B rating on quality. I'm sure it was an oversight and will be taken care of shortly."

She attempted to repair my garbage disposal unit but was unable to do so as the unit's wiring was worn out. I advised the unit is 40 yrs old. She recommended to purchase a new one. We made a trip together to the local Home Depot store and I purchased the same brand s she recommended. She installed it in record time (within the 2.5 hrs) and completed the job. She also cleaned the work space and carried the old one to my recycling bin. Very satisfied with her work. Also, I want to know if I will receive a billing statement for my records?
