In reality, the schedule slipped repeatedly, crews were inconsistent, and the jobsite often felt disorganized. Communication was a major issue. There were stretches of weeks where my calls/texts weren?t returned, and when I did get an update it was usually vague with no clear plan for next steps. Costs also increased beyond the original estimate while progress lagged. On the quality/finish side, I was left with multiple unresolved issues, and the cabinets were never installed.
