"Gustavo from Escamilla plumbing is a pro thru and thru. I gave him a tough job that I wanted to tackle but didn't have the necessary tools or time to tackle. I had him relocate the water heater lines and install a tankless water heater, remove steel pipes and redo drain lines. The kicker for the water lines was access next to a furnace and new gas lines that needed to be run due to insufficient gas supply. During the project we found micky mouse water line taps that needed to be removed and the house water shutoff valve that failed to closed completely. Lots of unexpected work but he gave decent quotes to complete the job. He is quick, doesn't cut corners, and gets the job done. I wholeheartedly recommend him for project a homeowner wouldn't touch or doesn't have time to do. "

"I normally don't call for help. I am the type of person who would try to fix things myself before I seek for help. Almost a month ago when my old tankless water heater kept giving me error code and with no hot water. After countless hours of debugging and process of elimination with the technical support person from the water heater manufacturer, the issue was finally resolved due to a defect ignition rod from the manufacturer. (Two sump pumps were working; they did not need repairs.) 1) Cut and replaced two broken pipes; installed new valves 2) New float sensors installed and set to auto-start the sump pumps 3) long outflow pine, connecting to city's water drainage system, was cleaned using long snake and high pressure water pump combination. 4) successful final test with water filled in water chamber and sump pumps working 5) JPC gave warranty for work done and signed up for once-a-year annual maintenance visit in October."

I purchased a new Kitchen Faucet and water tap for my Kitchen sink and had the water level checked in my daughter's bathroom toilet. It was just below $900 for the two replacement faucets and a small water valve in the bathroom. Each item was just under $300 each. Complete Job was completed in under 2 hours. They were professional and I would think that once the service call was made that labor did cost over $400 an hour. If your rich and don't mind spending over $400 an hour on labor then these guys are prompt and able to do simple plumbing. I did not have a very difficult job especially since I already purchased the hardware. They also kept the install tool for the new faucet. Anyway my main issue was the high cost of each little item. These guys do cost more than the Ferrari mechanic charge by the hour."
