"Work went very well...Jennifer (and Steve) were extremely helpful with advice and suggestions for the remodel. They were very understanding regarding our budget and decorating tastes. Replaced cabinets and bathtub tile surrounds in 2 bathrooms. In the kitchen, new cabinets, quartz counter top and tile back splash were installed. New vinyl flooring installed throughout entire house. All the workmen were courteous, respectful and cleaned up after themselves. It was a pleasure working with Romans and we are extremely pleased with the outcome...would certainly use them again."

David Lopez explained the cleaning process to me thoroughly, and asked several questions to assess what sort of treatment my rugs needed (what sort of 'stuff' had gotten into our rugs through the years). I received a phone call after the spot check, explaining that the rugs performed well, then a call to let me know they'd be ready "tomorrow" then a call that they were indeed ready. They offered to deliver the cleaned rugs to our home, but I drove to their store to pick them up."

The entire experience was great from start to finish. I had originally been concerned that the Costco program would not offer the entire Shaw product line to their customers (since the rebate was so high) however found I was wrong and that I could choose any flooring I liked. Ewell was the salesman that assisted me and he did a great job of identifying flooring options for me. Once we settled on everything it was all completed within 6 weeks. The installers were great - they cleaned up after themselves and worked efficiently to get the job done in 4 days (one of the rooms we were replacing poorly laid wood floors with wood and this can be quite tedious). To my surprise, we also received our Costco rebate within 3 weeks of the work being completed which I see as an added bonus. Would highly recommend CRT Flooring."

"This guy has saved me money. We went and picked up the tile that we liked and we brought a sample of it home to see if it matched with the furniture and things like that. I showed it to him and told him where I had priced it and he said he thought that he could get the same tile for a lesser rate elsewhere. He saved me $800 on the purchase, which he didn't have to do. This guy is very reputable and he does what ever he says he is going to do. The only limiting factor that I can perceive with him is that you need to be able to speak Spanish to talk to him. I think that he does as good a work as I have ever seen a tile man do. He can build it if you can describe it. He does other stuff too but I think that tiling is his strong seat. He had to work me in with other jobs because I wanted it done before Thanksgiving. He worked with me on that. He will come within 10 minutes of the scheduled time, one way or the other. This is my first experience with tiling and I really don't know what his competition is like. He has also done some painting for me since then."
